Desperate Children In Need!!

Seven months ago three beautiful children were unlawfully removed from their parents custody and all were seperated and put into different homes. Since then their parents have relocated to another state where they feel their family is safe and can make a wounderful life in their community. DCF in Massachusetts has lied to these parents since the day they have taken their children. These poor parents were not even informed of their 72 hour fair hearing. DCF also had stated that while the parents were taking services requested they will move the children closer to their parents so they could spend more time together, well the parents have done everything and provided documentation and yet their children are still residing in massachusetts. After an attack on these inncocent parents that ended up in a tragic tragedy, they were advised from the LPD that they had to leave the state because the LPD knew they were in danger. Not to mention how the parents willingly let the LPD immediately search their home and all their belongings. These parents also willingly gave statements, DNA and fingerprints. There were witnesses that were at the scene who supported our statements and even a survelance tape. Yet now the LPD has since had family members of the victim come and file false statements and evidence on these innocent parents who were the victims and also relatives as well. They have suffered more than anyone else could imagine..and now after all their hard work and effort to get their children home, none of it matters. The same detective who sent DCF to the parents hide out in Lowell to remove the children before they left the state, is the same detective who had stopped the families interstate compact. N.J DYFS will not accept their children now based on a statement from the detective who set them up from the beggining..."He is still a Person of Interest" meaning the young father who had fought for his live and for his family...Now to my understanding, a Person of Interest is a person who has not been arrested nor accused of the crime. So under what circumstances did DYFS have to deny these parents their rights to have their children, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! What LAW does it say that if you were a victim and have not been charged with a crime, you can not be fit to raise your child? I still have not yet seen that...and what about the innocent mother of the children, does she not deserve her children back? This mother C.O.R.I had came up clear and she is deffinately fit to take care of her beautiful babies who miss their parents soo much!! The LPD's main goal is to put this father in jail not only because they have no one else to arrest and lock away for state money, but because they are racist and would just Love to send an "African Immigrant", as quoted from the detective, to sit in rot in jail as an innocent man instead of seeing him as a Successful, Loving African Father. These parents need Your Help to fight for their rights as Citizens of the USA and also as Individuals. Please do not hesitate to contact this desperate family in need. My husband and I were victims of an incident involving my family member which occured inside my parents home on Aug.14,08. DCF in MASS had removed our three beautiful children from us on Aug.15,08 for care and protection. My children were outside in my parents yard with family and friends playing when the incident happened. They did not witness anything. This incident occured unexspectedly and we think that we have been punished enough. We moved to NJ the next day after the incident and we have been taking every services available that DCF in MASS wants us to take and more, but still they are unwilling to cooperate with us. We have court appointed attorneys who are unwilling to properly represent us. Our children are being neglected in the states care and no one will listen. Our two year old son lost weight and now has low iron. Our five year old son lost two lower teeth unexpectedly and DCF removed him from an herbal med, that was working wonders, to a drug med that has no progress. He is also now acting sexually inappropriatley. Our ten month daughter does not eat baby food yet and she has weak lower leg muscles and a big bald spot on the back of her head for being layed down all the time. They refuse to put her in a walker or jumper. Our children are being mistreated and malnourished. When we address our concerns to DCF, they label us as angry. DCF will put us on three way or speaker phone and humiliate, interrogate and laugh at us. DCF enjoys acting so maliciously. They know they have an upper power over us low-income families who can not afford proper representation. There is alot of discrimination going on with my family since my husband is not the biological of our five year old he has raised since he was one. We passed the home study in NJ and now were told that MASS is personally discriminating agianst my family and that they want to deny and close the interstate compact. We are very loving, dedicated parents who have sent letters, email's, fax's and made phone calls to lawyers, news casts, parent websites, governors, senators, congress and even the head DCF of MASS and everyone turns us away. We have been labeled because our son has ADHD, we are inter-racial, low-income and exspecially for our religion. We have only seen them once in four months. This is affecting us all tremendoulsy. Does our children not have rights? They do not deserve this. Our Family is trying to find any assistance possible to help us stand up or our children. They have been Illegally Abducted and left to be Abused and Neglected in Lowell,MA DCF office. We have went to everyone possible in the Government system, but they refuse to help us. Please think of the children who are being hurt and affected by this whole situation for almost 8 months now. We are Loving, Caring Parents who are trying sooo hard, but out attorneys and our childrens attorneys refuse to properly represent us. We have a lot of EVIDENCE that supports our case along with a lot of witnesses!! PLEASE, We need your help to voice out and make a change!! Please, take your time to think about those babies who are being mistreated everyday and left to feel alone. We need to bring them home IMMEDIATELY!! DCF is breaking the LAW and the state allows this to happen to Innocent Families like us. MASS. was graded a D- for DCF's child care!! Please, we need Petitions, Advice, Stories, A Voice, ETC... PLEASE!! Take the time to think about the lives of these beautiful children who desperately want to come home A/S/A/P! Any advice or assistance you can give will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
